Oberoi Mall to add another property in Mumbai

Oberoi Mall, with one property at Goregaon in Mumbai, will soon add another property in the city at Borivali, which will be 2-3 times larger in size than the existing property, spanning across 1 million sq ft. The mall will accommodate 60% space of fashion and 30% will be dedicated to entertainment including F&B. Oberoi Mall Goregaon has also gone through some shuffle in brand mix as it has welcomed a few new brands in recent times.

In an exclusive chat with Retail4Growth, Anupam T, Vice President, Oberoi Mall, shared, “At our Goregaon property, we have recently shuffled our brand mix. We have reduced the spaces for large format identities like Central and Lifestyle to accommodate brands like Zara and Sephora. We have welcomed Marks & Spencer, while moving brands like Nalli and Accessorize to another floor. We are in the process of welcoming a few more noted brands. The new Oberoi Mall, which will soon be coming up in Borivali, will have a much larger space and will combine an experience with top most fashion brands along with cinema, F&B and entertainment.”
